Patient Intake/Front desk with Dental Experience - Thrive Dental Studio - Omaha, NE

We are looking for a new team member to help out at our front desk and, quite literally, be the face of Thrive Dental Studio. Do you currently work in the dental industry? Are you personable, great at accurate data entry, and able to multitask well? Do you love meeting new people, answering tough questions, and solving problems? We have an amazingly loyal patient base that feels more like a large friend circle, and you will walk into each day feeling welcomed and appreciated by both our team and our patients, alike. We could use a second person up front to: Answer phones and greet incoming patients Confirm and schedule appointments via call, text, and email Enter new-patients and update existing-patient information and paperwork Take payments, help with organization, and help make sure the day stays on course Handle sensitive information and maintain HIPAA compliance Manage waiting lists, and assist certain customers with referral appointments Present well, be super-engaging, and be the amazing first impression and lasting final greeting each of our valued patients experiences You will REALLY stand out if you: Have knowledge of the dental field and insurance / experience w Dentrix Have some front desk experience Are VERY proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel) Have experience with billing, coding, payment intake, balancing and reporting patient ledgers, and cash handling/credit card processing.
