We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist / Insurance Expert to join our small, close-knit team . The Role This is a part-time position to start , ideal for an experienced dental front-office professional who is confident handling: · PPO insurance patients (no medicaid or HMO Plans) · Insurance verification and troubleshooting · Patients pursuing high-end cosmetic dentistry , including cases without insurance You will be a key point of contact for patients and an essential support for the clinical team.
