WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Knowledge of orthodontic assisting or clinical treatment processes and 1 year of related experience is preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate. DAY-TO-DAY This full-time position works Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm , or Monday-Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8 am to 3 pm . As our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you'll guide patients through every step of their orthodontic journey. You'll review their goals, communicate them clearly to the doctor, and present treatment plans with confidence and care. You'll educate patients and families on appliances and procedures, review finances and insurance benefits, answer questions with clarity, document key information, and provide follow-up support that helps patients feel informed and excited about their treatment.
