Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Wake Forest, NC
Overview We are a fast-paced, patient-focused endodontic specialty practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive and professional environment. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures including root canal therapy and retreatments Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans (if applicable) Seat and prepare patients for treatment Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation Manage operatory turnover and room setup Provide excellent patient care and comfort throughout appointments Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines Support team members to ensure smooth daily flow Skills Dental Assistant experience preferred (endodontic experience a plus, but willing to train the right candidate) Current Dental Assistant certification or registration (per state requirements) Radiology certification required Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
