Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Leander, TX

Core responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance during general dentistry procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict adherence to infection control and OSHA standards Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, impressions, and assist with temporary restorations Own the dental lab workflow, including submitting cases, tracking progress, confirming delivery dates, and verifying accuracy upon receipt Communicate with dental labs regarding case status, adjustments, or remakes Ensure cases are ready and organized prior to patient appointments Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized clinical environment Assist with inventory control and stocking of clinical supplies Work collaboratively with the doctor and front office team to ensure smooth daily operations Preferred: Dental front office experience strongly preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Experience with Invisalign Experience with iTero Benefits: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Clear growth path to office lead role Bonus structure available after probationary period Schedule: Consistent four-day workweek Some Saturdays required Paid pre-opening training scheduled prior to the late-March soft opening Clear plan to expand hours and responsibilities as patient volume increases For application, please send resume to: contact@nobledental.studio Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 â 32.0 per week Experience: Dental assisting: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Registered Dental Assistant (Required) Work Location: In person
