Key Responsibilities Assist the doctor during dental procedures and exams Prepare and sterilize instruments, trays, and operatories Take diagnostic radiographs (FMX, BWX, pano as needed) Take intraoral scans & intraoral photos (if applicable) Review/update medical histories and vitals as needed Present treatment & communicate doctor findings when appropriate Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the patient chart Support patient flow and on-time scheduling throughout the day Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and OSHA compliance Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of [State] Radiology certification required CPR certification required Experience in general dentistry preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) iTero experience a plus Eaglesoft / Dentrix / OpenDental experience a plus (customize if you’d like) Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Professional and patient-focused Team-oriented with a positive attitude Adaptable in a productive clinical environment Comfortable with communication and chairside support Work Schedule Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Fridays optional for continued care or training Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off Holiday pay Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
