Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Work–Life Balance | Max 8 Patients per Day We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered dental practice. This role is ideal for a hygienist who values quality over quantity , enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, and wants a balanced, supportive work environment. Our practice limits the schedule to a maximum of 8 patients per day , allowing ample time for thorough care, patient education, and a stress-free clinical flow. Hours Tuesday 7:30 - 3:30pm Wednesday 7:30 - 3:30pm Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings (scaling and polishing) using proper aseptic techniques Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review and vital signs Take and process diagnostic X-rays following infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care in a calm, supportive manner Accurately document clinical findings in Open Dental Maintain a clean, safe, and sterile clinical environment Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to deliver exceptional patient care Ensure full compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Texas 4+ Experience in a dental office setting preferred.
