Job Overview Our boutique office is a bright, new space at the heart of Salt Lake City. We are a small office seeking an organized and professional Front Desk Assistant Manager to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly and personable demeanor, and the ability to multitask. Experience with the dental world terminology and past front desk experience is preferred but not required. Full-time position available. Responsibilities Greet and welcoming patients in a courteous and professional manner.
