Rockstar Hygienist Wanted. Yes, We Mean It. Midfield Dental Center is looking for another amazing Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We already have one rockstar. Now we’re looking to add another to the team. The Basics $28 to $35 per hour Monday through Friday to start, with a move to a four day work week Paid holidays and vacation pay Health insurance, supplemental insurance, and a 401(k) with 3 percent match Bonus program coming soon What Makes Us Different Our hygienists are not stuck in a box. Your role includes collaborating on chart preparation, helping enter and present treatment plans, occasionally assisting the doctor, and working alongside a supportive team. We cross train and step in for one another to keep things running smoothly. You will provide high quality preventive care, including cleanings, scaling, polishing, patient assessments, and oral health education. You will review medical histories, capture diagnostic X rays, and keep clear, accurate clinical notes. Infection control, patient safety, and professionalism are simply how we do things.
