Culture of coachability What You’ll Do Provide high-quality general dentistry (exams, restorative, crowns/bridges, basic surgery, etc.) Perform endodontic treatment confidently, and continue expanding your endo skill set Build trust through excellent patient communication and education Collaborate with a supportive team that prioritizes great outcomes and a great patient experience Lead an incredible support team with years of experience and sincere care for their patients Who You Are Ambitious, coachable dentist with an abundance mindset who wants to increase skill set, build leadership abilities and continue to grow an incredible practice. Experience: 1–4 years out (or new grad with standout EQ) Clinical comfort: Solid fundamentals; not afraid of hard conversations; wants reps and feedback. Loves General dentistry and has a solid background in emergency based dentistry including Endo and Extractions. Wants to grow in both specialties and willing to put in the work.
