This role is ideal for a dentist who wants to move beyond drill-and-fill dentistry and into full-mouth rehabilitation, surgical care, and biologic dentistry , while working alongside a team that values innovation, precision, and purpose. What Youâll Do Perform comprehensive patient evaluations , including CBCT analysis, oral-systemic assessments, and medical history reviews. Lead and execute full-mouth reconstructions , complex restorative cases, and advanced treatment planning. Perform surgical extractions with a biologic approach, including ozone therapy and advanced healing protocols. Utilize Fotona laser technology for soft-tissue procedures, periodontal therapy, and minimally invasive treatments. Deliver a wide scope of care including: General dentistry Oral surgery Prosthodontics Advanced restorative dentistry Invisalign® clear aligner therapy Integrate ozone treatments into preventive, surgical, and restorative protocols. Educate patients on oral-systemic health, biologic dentistry principles, and long-term wellness strategies. Collaborate closely with assistants using four-handed dentistry to maintain elite efficiency and patient comfort. Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and HIPAA-compliant records using modern dental software. Uphold the highest standards of infection control, sterilization, and biologic safety. What Makes You a Perfect Fit Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS/DMD) with an active dental license. Strong experience in full-mouth reconstruction and complex restorative cases. Confident performing surgical extractions (biologic/surgical mindset preferred). Experience with or strong interest in Invisalign treatment planning and execution . Comfortable working with CBCT imaging , advanced diagnostics, and digital workflows. Interest or experience in holistic, biological, or integrative dentistry is a major plus.
