We are looking for a Patient Concierge & Receptionist with Sales / Hospitality Experience to join our boutique concierge specialty practice. Our practice leads nationally in the field of TMJ and has enjoyed substantial growth since its inception in 2017. The ideal candidate is aligned with our vision of rendering the highest level of ethical care and experience to our TMJ and sleep apnea patients. Check out our instagram @tmjdoctor Responsibilities As the Patient Concierge & Receptionist you will: Manage all patient scheduling, communications, and care coordination Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the front office Sales & Patient Conversion: Serve as a key point of contact for new patients, guiding them through the consultation-to-treatment journey, improving conversion rates and ensuring consistent revenue growth Contribute to the continued growth of the practice by identifying opportunities to improve the patient experience Sales & Communication This role requires a polished, empathetic communicator with a natural ability to build trust and guide patients through high-value treatment decisions. Sales experience is a must, especially in environments where education, empathy, and trust are central to the conversation (e.g., wellness, aesthetics, elective medical care, luxury services, etc.). Key Qualities & Skills Strong sales or service background, with proven ability to build rapport and effectively convey value to prospective patients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High emotional intelligence and professionalism Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Mac/Apple products, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets Eloquent written and verbal communicator Experience Required 3+ years in a high-end, concierge environment (healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or similar) Experience in a sales, service, or treatment coordination role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 â 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
