Front Desk Coordinator – Pediatric Dental Office A well-established pediatric dental practice is looking for an experienced Front Desk Team Member to join our fun and caring team. Prior dental office experience is required — applications without a dental background will not be considered. The ideal candidate will bring: Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional presence. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. A genuine passion for serving children and families. Hands-on experience with Eaglesoft dental practice management software. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate hygiene schedules and track patient visits. Manage new patient intake and ensure a welcoming first experience. Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. Handle scheduling, correspondence, and administrative duties with accuracy. Work within dental practice management software (Eaglesoft strongly preferred). Requirements: 6+ Months dental office experience (pediatric preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish.
