About the Role: You will be the right hand to the dentist, ensuring our clinical days run smoothly and our patients feel at ease. We value assistants who can anticipate the doctor’s needs while maintaining a calm and friendly chairside manner. Your Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional chairside assistance for general and implant procedures. Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit. Take high-quality digital X-rays and impressions. Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols (we take safety seriously!). Prepare treatment rooms and manage dental supplies/inventory. Assist with charting and maintaining accurate patient records. What We’re Looking For: Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Current CPR and Radiology certification. A positive, "can-do" attitude and a strong work ethic. Experience with Dentrix is a plus. Knowledge of or willingness to learn about implant dentistry procedures. Someone who is reliable, organized, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team. Why Join Smiles R Us?
