- At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist—because we know experience brings both skill and confidence.
- A current California RDH license, so you can hit the ground running with peace of mind.
- Comfort and familiarity with Eaglesoft, Itero, and digital X-ray equipment—we’ll make sure you have the tools to succeed.
- Experience with laser treatments (LBR for prophy and SRP), because we believe in offering the gentlest, most advanced care possible.
- A deep understanding of dental hygiene, procedures, and terminology—so you can educate and reassure patients with ease.
- A gentle, compassionate touch—because dental visits should be comfortable, not stressful.
