Position: Surgical Dental Assistant – Dental Implants Center

Overview

We are a high-volume dental implants center seeking an experienced Surgical Dental Assistant with prior implant experience. This role supports full-arch and single-tooth implant procedures and requires strong surgical skills, efficiency, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dental implant surgeries (All-on-X, full-arch, single implants)

• Maintain sterile surgical field and follow OSHA/CDC protocols

• Set up and break down surgical trays and implant systems

• Assist with IV/oral sedation cases (if licensed)

• Take CBCTs, intraoral scans, and surgical photos as needed

• Prepare patients pre-op and support post-op care

• Manage surgical instruments, implants, and inventory

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment

Requirements

• Prior dental implant surgical assisting experience (required)

• Knowledge of implant systems, guided surgery, and surgical workflows

• Strong understanding of sterile technique

• Radiography certification (state-required)

• Reliable, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented

• Team-focused with excellent chairside manner

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with full-arch / All-on-X cases

• Experience in high-volume implant centers
