Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Take and record patients' vital signs - Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Take dental x-rays - Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation - Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records - Perform basic dental laboratory tasks, such as fabricating temporary crowns and making same day crown using Cerec System Requirements: - Fast learner and willing to follow the office protocols - Proficiency with Cerec system and same day crown protocols is preferred - Dental assisting certification or relevant experience - Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology - Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software - Familiarity with medical coding and insurance billing procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
