Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental assisting, with expertise in chairside support, patient care, and clinical procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a patient-centered environment while utilizing advanced dental technology and maintaining strict infection control standards. Duties Assist dentists / hygienists during various procedures including restorative, endodontics, and implant dentistry with precision and efficiency. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring a clean, organized environment in accordance with aseptic techniques. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), including 3D scans and iTero, while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. Manage patient records ensuring accurate documentation of medical history and dental procedures. Monitor vital signs and medical documentation to support comprehensive patient assessments. Provide excellent customer service by guiding patients through their visit process. Support infection control protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards to uphold a safe clinical environment. Collaborate with the team in four-handed dentistry practices to improve efficiency during procedures.
