Full-Time Dental Receptionist – Join Our Multi-Specialty Dental Team! Are you a friendly, detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing exceptional patient care? Our busy, multi-specialty dental office is looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our team, working approximately 38 hours per week . What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is: Warm, welcoming, and highly professional Experienced in dental or medical office settings (minimum 1 year required) Skilled in insurance verification and patient scheduling Tech-savvy with strong computer skills A positive, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and attentive to detail Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients and parents in person and over the phone Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance benefits and update patient demographic information Collect co-pays and handle basic billing inquiries Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately What We Offer: We believe in taking care of our team just as well as we take care of our patients.
