Registered Dental Hygienist (Full-Time or Part-Time) Private, Patient-Centered Practice | Santa Rosa, CA We are an established, patient-centered private dental practice in Santa Rosa seeking a full-time or part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our supportive, collaborative team. Why hygienists like working here: One-hour appointments (no accelerated hygiene) 8 patients per day Focus on quality care, patient education, and co-diagnosis Respectful doctor–hygienist teamwork Stable, long-term position (temp-to-perm welcome) Schedule Office opens Tuesday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM What You’ll Do Adult & child prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and SRP as indicated Periodontal assessment and accurate clinical documentation Review and update medical history at each visit Collaborate with the dentist on co-diagnosis and patient education Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos as needed Perform oral cancer screenings Apply fluoride and provide personalized home-care education Administer local anesthesia (including IAN blocks) per CA licensure Maintain infection control and a clean, organized operatory Work collaboratively with a positive, experienced clinical team Qualifications Active California RDH license Current CPR certification X-ray license Infection control certificate Benefits Paid holidays & paid vacation 401(k) with employer match Employee dental benefit CE reimbursement Uniform allowance If you’re a hygienist looking for a long-term dental home where quality, respect, and teamwork matter, we’d love to connect.
