Perfect Smile Dental Arts, located in Lynbrook, NY and led by Dr. Olga Kovalenko, is seeking a dedicated Dentist Assistant to join our esteemed team. This full-time position offers a rate of $22 – $26 per hour, depending on experience. AS A DENTIST ASSISTANT In this role, you will assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring each patient receives attentive and high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include preparing tray setups, sterilizing equipment, and capturing high-quality photographs for treatment planning and patient documentation. You will take digital X-rays, update patient charts with accurate medical histories, and manage oral impressions or pour models as necessary. Additional duties include maintaining adequate supply levels, sending lab cases out, and verifying their return prior to scheduled appointments. By providing seamless support and a welcoming environment, you will help foster a positive experience for both patients and colleagues. YOUR SCHEDULE This Dentist Assistant will maintain a regular schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday , with one Saturday shift required each month. This structure is designed to promote work-life balance while supporting the needs of our patients and team.
