We are a small, boutique, fee-for-service dental practice seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team. What We Offer One-hour prophy appointments A positive, drama-free, boutique work environment Fee-for-service practice focused on quality over quantity Opportunities for continuing education (CE courses) and professional growth A team that truly collaborates and supports one another Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history review (HIPAA-compliant) Take and assist with dental X-rays using proper safety and imaging techniques Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and individualized treatment options Accurately document all procedures in EMR systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix Collaborate with the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques Maintain the highest standards of infection control and sterilization Ensure patient comfort throughout all treatments, including pediatric visits Review documentation for accuracy and completeness Uphold all HIPAA privacy and safety standards Qualifications & Skills Active Registered Dental Hygienist license Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar EMR systems Strong knowledge of infection control, aseptic techniques, and dental anatomy Experience with pediatric dentistry is highly valued Excellent communication skills and a gentle, patient-centered approach Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a calm, welcoming presence Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality care If you’re looking for a dental home where your skills are respected, your time with patients is protected, and your professional growth is encouraged, we’d love to meet you.
