Overview: We are seeking a skilled Records Technician or an assistant to join our team. As a skilled Records Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for patients, updating x-rays, and being positive and welcoming to patients. And as an assistant you will be working with the doctor in putting braces on kids, starting Invisalign, or fitting for phase 1 appliances. This is a vital role that ensures the proper documentation and organization of the office. Duties: - Maintain and update records in accordance with established procedures and guidelines - Assist in the Doctor in appointments. - take photos, x-rays, use 3D itero scanner for records. -make candy bags for finished treatment -maintain organization and cleanliness in records room. Skills: - x-ray certified - Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems - Excellent attention to detail - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal -positive attitude and work ethic.
