What We Are Looking For (The "Serious" Candidate) Clinical Mastery: You are proficient in chairside assisting for [General/Specialty] procedures, taking high-quality digital X-rays, and managing infection control with zero shortcuts. Core Responsibilities Provide high-level chairside assistance for restorative, surgical, and preventative procedures. Take and process digital X-rays and intra-oral impressions with precision. Maintain strictly sterile environments according to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines. Accurately record patient charting and treatment notes in Dentrix. Requirements Active NJ RDA License and X-ray Certification. Current CPR/BLS Certification. Three years of experience preferred, but a stellar attitude and willingness to learn are non-negotiable.
