Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Periodontist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal (gum) diseases, as well as perform advanced procedures related to the supporting structures of teeth. Your expertise will help improve patients’ oral health and overall well-being through precise, compassionate care. Duties Conduct comprehensive periodontal evaluations, including patient assessment and medical history review Perform periodontal therapies such as scaling and root planing, gum surgeries, and regenerative procedures Manage complex cases involving dental implants, tissue grafts, and laser treatments Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to develop integrated treatment plans Ensure all procedures adhere to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques Maintain accurate medical documentation, dental records, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Utilize dental imaging technology to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, disease prevention, and post-treatment care Experience Proven experience as a Periodontist within a dental clinic or healthcare setting Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to periodontal care Skilled in performing oral surgery procedures with precision and aseptic technique Knowledge of infection control standards and medical imaging technologies used in dentistry Join us to deliver exceptional patient care while advancing your expertise in periodontology!
