About the Role This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone interested in launching a career in orthodontics. As our Records & Sterile Technician , youâll play a key role in helping our clinical team operate smoothly while also learning valuable skills that can lead to advancement as an Orthodontic Assistant. Responsibilities As Records & Sterile Technician (Initial Role): Take accurate orthodontic records, including digital x-rays, photos, and 3D scans Maintain sterilization protocols and manage clean/dirty instrument flow Set up and clean treatment rooms before and after patients Help organize and track lab cases and appliances Fabricate in-house dental models and retainers Support the clinical team with a âhow can I help?â mindset Make patients feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable As You Grow (Orthodontic Assistant Path): Train on orthodontic procedures (adjustments, bonding, debonding, etc.) Assist the doctor chairside and learn to anticipate clinical needs Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Help manage comfort visits Build confidence and trust with patients and families Contribute to a positive and service oriented office atmosphere What We're Looking For We care more about who you are than whatâs on your resume. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Georgia X-ray certification (or willingness to complete within 6 months) Comfort with basic computer skills and willingness to learn digital dental software Why Join Us?
