Dental Assistant – Growth-Focused Role

Signature Smiles Studio is a well-established, progressive, privately owned dental practice serving the North Decatur community for over 20 years. We are looking to welcome a full-time Dental Assistant with a few years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their clinical growth.

This role is ideal for someone who already has a solid foundation in dental assisting and is looking to expand their skills, gain exposure to advanced procedures, and grow within a supportive, team-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of dental assisting experience
• Strong clinical fundamentals and organization
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Interest in patient education and delivering a high-quality experience
• Self-motivated with a desire to continue learning and improving

Growth & Clinical Exposure

You’ll have the opportunity to build on your experience and gain hands-on training in:

• Digital workflows (iTero scanning)
• CEREC same-day crowns
• 3D printing and digital integration
• Dental photography (intra-oral & extra-oral)
• Surgical and implant procedures
• Advanced temporization techniques

Prior experience in these areas is a plus—but not required. We are committed to mentoring and developing the right candidate.
