Job description Position for a full-time dental assistant starting March 2026. We are a small, family dental practice that has been serving the Windward community for over 40 years. No experience is necessary, as we are willing to train the right individual. PREFERENCES High school graduate Dental background preferred (completed a dental assisting program, 1 year dental assisting experience) Experience with dental software preferred (Dentrix, Dexis) MUST be able to work half days on Saturdays (we work 2 Saturdays a month) RESPONSIBILITIES Chairside assisting Taking radiographs on patients Set-up and break down operatories Sterilization of instruments and equipment Communication with patients Manage dental records OFFICE HOURS Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm Friday (2/month): 8am-2pm Saturday (2/month): 8am-2pm The office is closed on all state and federal holidays COMPENSATION Hourly wage will be dependent on experience.
