Now Hiring: Registered Dental Assistant Our growing private dental practice in Ridgefield, Washington is seeking a motivated, experienced, Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for a confident clinical leader who enjoys mentoring others, maintaining high standards of care, and contributing to a positive, patient centered environment. Responsibilities: Lead and support the dental assisting team Assist the dentist chairside during procedures Ensure smooth daily clinical operations Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Manage inventory and ordering of supplies Provide exceptional patient care and education Qualifications: RDA or CDA certification (as required by state) Minimum 2-3 years of dental assisting experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Familiarity with dental software and charting - Dentrix a PLUS!
