We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice. This role is ideal for an experienced dental professional who takes pride in quality patient care, brings strong clinical fundamentals, and is eager to continue developing their skill set. Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian and English is required. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment while contributing positively to team culture and patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental examinations and procedures Sterilize and disinfect instruments in accordance with clinical protocols Chairside assisting during a broad range of dental procedures Take and process dental radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care Maintain accurate and compliant patient records Support efficient clinical operations and teamwork Qualifications & Experience: Significant experience in dentistry; long-term industry background strongly preferred Strong assisting skills in Restorative Dentistry, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, and Implant Procedures Experience in Prosthodontics and General Dentistry Solid understanding of dental and medical terminology Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software Experience with medical documentation and record keeping Energetic, professional, and growth-oriented approach Training & Development: Candidates with extensive dental experience who may not meet every listed requirement are encouraged to apply We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong foundational skills, initiative, and a commitment to excellence This position is well suited for someone seeking long-term growth within a progressive practice that values skill development and high standards of care.
