Dental Assistant – Join Our Team Palo Alto Dental Studio is looking for a skilled and upbeat Dental Assistant to join our growing, tech-forward practice. This role is key to keeping our clinical flow efficient and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for. If you’re detail-oriented, quick with your hands, and love working with the latest dental technology, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Take FMX, digital X-rays, and iTero scans with accuracy and confidence Assist in same-day dentistry, including CEREC crown design and fabrication Provide chairside support during a variety of dental procedures Ensure patient comfort and maintain a friendly, reassuring presence Sterilize instruments and maintain a spotless operatory following strict infection control guidelines Review post-op instructions and support patient education Pitch in with scheduling and front office flow when needed Collaborate with a positive, energetic team that values teamwork and growth What We’re Looking For Experience as a dental assistant (RDA preferred but not required) Strong skills in FMX, iTero scanning, and digital workflows; CEREC experience is a major plus Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital imaging and dental software Fast, efficient, and organized with excellent multitasking ability A warm personality with outstanding communication skills and a patient-first mindset If you’re ready to grow with a supportive team and work with cutting-edge dental technology, we’d love to hear from you!
