Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Endodontist to join our reputable dental practice. Duties Perform comprehensive endodontic treatments, including root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop effective treatment plans Utilize dental imaging technologies such as medical imaging to diagnose complex cases accurately Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office standards Collaborate with general dentists and specialists on complex cases requiring combined treatment approaches Adhere to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and sterilization procedures to ensure patient safety Educate patients on endodontic procedures, post-treatment care, and oral health maintenance Stay current with advancements in endodontics, including dental fabrication techniques and new materials Requirements Valid dental license with specialization in Endodontics; experience with Open Dental preferred Perform routine and complex root canal therapy Surgical endodontics , including apicoectomies Retreatment and management of failed cases Use of lasers for endodontic disinfection and surgical applications Diagnose and manage endodontic pathology Communicate effectively with patients and referring doctors Collaborate with in-house periodontics and implantology teams Job Type: Part-time Pay: $138,953.81 - $167,342.23 per year Expected hours: 20 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule License/Certification: Texas Dental License (Required) Endodontics specialty certification (Required) Work Location: In person
