Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, patient-centered Associate General Dentist to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidate is confident in comprehensive dentistry, communicates clearly, and is passionate about providing high-value solutions for patients. You will have access to strong clinical support, established patient flow, modern technology, and opportunities for mentorship and professional development. What We Offer High earning potential: Competitive daily guarantee for 3-6 months depending on location and patient volume + production-based compensation. Required production capability per day is MINIMUM $3000 initially. Established patient base: Immediate access to busy schedules and high new-patient volume Modern technology: Digital X-rays, CBCT (if applicable), iTero lumina intraoral scanners, cloud-based PMS, Pearl AI Clinical autonomy: Focus on excellent patient care with supportive leadership Clinical requirements: Surgical extractions with bone grafting. Preferably soft tissue as well. Crown treatment in 1.5 hours. Endo - anterior, premolar, lower molars, some upper first molars. Implant surgery is a plus, but we can provide CE and mentorship. Composite restorations with post op BWs and photos - average 1 hr for 4-5 restorations. Invisalign Comprehensive and GO. Pedo treatment on cooperative patients. Understand occlusion and treatment planning accordingly. Mentorship: Guidance in implants, endo, surgery, Invisalign, and full-arch cases (as desired) Supportive environment: Experienced team of assistants, hygienists, and treatment coordinators Benefits: CE budget and travel Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry including fillings, crowns, extractions, endodontics, dentures, implants, Invisalign. Present treatment plans clearly using a best-option / second-option framework Build trust with patients and deliver a high standard of care Work closely with treatment coordinators to maximize patient acceptance and same-day dentistry Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Contribute to a positive, team-oriented practice culture Qualifications DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active state dental license (or ability to obtain) Comfortable with bread-and-butter dentistry; willingness to learn advanced procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills, MUST be able to build relationships and a connection with patients. Patient-focused with a desire for long-term growth Schedule Flexible schedules: Full-time or part-time options Office hours M-Th 8:30-5:30; Fri 8:00-4:00 Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per day Work Location: In person
