We are a well-established, insurance-based dental practice in Beverly Hills seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk / Office Manager to lead our front office operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident with dental insurance, and takes ownership of the schedule, collections, and patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage front office operations and daily workflow
• Verify dental insurance and explain benefits clearly to patients
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations
• Post EOBs and manage accounts receivable
• Schedule patients efficiently to maximize production
• Collect co-pays and balances professionally
• Answer phones, manage patient communication, and maintain a welcoming environment
• Work closely with the doctor and clinical team

Requirements (Please Read Carefully):

• Minimum 3 years of dental front desk or office manager experience
• Strong PPO insurance knowledge (Delta Dental, MetLife, Aetna, etc.)
• Experience with insurance follow-ups and AR
• Proficiency with dental software (Archy and Dentrix preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
