Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)- minimum of 1 year We are a growing, patient-focused dental practice seeking an Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care. Requirements (Must Have): Minimum 1+ year experience as a Registered Dental Assistant Active Texas RDA license Current CPR certification Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols Ability to take diagnostic X-rays (per Texas regulations) Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional, friendly chairside manner Responsibilities: Assist doctor during general dental procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Take and process dental X-rays Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA compliance Update patient charts and clinical notes accurately Support a smooth and efficient patient flow Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with digital charting / dental software Coronal polishing (if certified) Familiarity with iTero or intraoral scanners Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and continued learning Consistent schedule We look forward to meeting you!
