Lead Dental Assistant - Affordable Dentistry of South Florida - Hollywood, FL

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team. Candidate must be a fast learner, comfortable in a busy environment, and able to provide outstanding patient care. Requirements / Must Have: Prior dental assisting experience (minimum 1 year preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Proficient with Dentrix Experience using a 3D scanner Ability to fabricate temporary crowns Comfortable working with blood and assisting in surgical procedures (implants, extractions, grafting, etc.) Ability to manage dental labs (sending, tracking, receiving cases) Basic Duties Include: Chairside assisting for general and surgical procedures Room setup and sterilization Taking digital X-rays and intraoral photos Charting and documentation Maintaining inventory and operatory organization Post-op instructions and patient education Schedule & Compensation: Full time (M–F) Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities If you are a self-motivated, detail-oriented Dental Assistant who enjoys a professional but friendly environment — we would love to meet you!
