What This Role Looks Like Day to Day Assisting the dentist during dental procedures Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms before and after appointments Taking digital X-rays and intraoral images as directed Supporting patient comfort and clear communication Maintaining instruments, equipment, and clinical areas Following infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols Working closely with the dental team to support efficient patient flow Who Tends to Do Well in This Role This position is a good fit for someone who: Takes ownership of their responsibilities Shows up consistently and on time Enjoys working in a structured, team-based environment Pays attention to details and follows protocols Wants to continue improving their clinical skills Cares about patient comfort and professionalism Qualifications Dental Assistant experience preferred Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Willingness to learn practice-specific systems and workflows Training is provided for our systems, technology, and expectations.
