Dental/Orthodontic Receptionist (Pediatrics) - Part Time - Mountain Kids Pediatric Dentistry - Fort Collins, CO

We’re looking for a friendly, organized person to join our Pediatric/Orthodontic team as a Patient Coordinator . Our office is in a high-end, family-focused community, and we take pride in creating a warm, welcoming space for kids and their parents. What You'll Be Doing: Greet patients and families with a smile and make them feel welcome Check and verify insurance benefits Help parents understand their insurance coverage and treatment costs Submit Preauthorizations and insurance claims Schedule and confirm appointments Keep patient records up to date and organized Work closely with our dental team to keep everything running smoothly What We're Looking For: Experience with dental insurance and front office work (Pediatric/Orthodontic experience is a plus) Great communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional Detail-oriented and good at multitasking Comfortable using dental software (we use Open Dental for Pediatric and Ortho2/Edge for Orthodontics) Someone who enjoys working with kids and families Bilingual - English and Spanish is a plus About the Administrative Team: A passionate team who LOVES working with kids, and has a patient-centric philosophy Established practice culture including a close-knit team dedicated to patient health, patient experience and having fun HEALTHCARE SETTING Private practice MEDICAL SPECIALTIES Pediatrics Dentistry Orthodontics SCHEDULE Office hours: Monday - Friday, no weekends Availibity to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8-5 required This position will begin as part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time in the future PART-TIME IN-PERSON Fort Collins, CO 80525: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) EXPERIENCE Customer service: +2 years (Required) Dental: +1 year (Required) Orthodontics: +1 year (Preferred) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Experience: Dental and/or Orthodontics: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Fort Collins, CO 80525 (Required) Work Location: In person
