Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to maintain healthy smiles. Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical history and current dental conditions to inform treatment planning. Take and develop X-rays while adhering to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to foster lifelong healthy habits. * Requirements Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice in a clinical setting. Proven experience in dental office environments with a strong understanding of general dentistry procedures. Proficiency in dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and infection control standards. Knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices and experience working with pediatric patients is a plus. Ability to perform efficiently while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
