This position is well-suited for an experienced hygienist seeking a long-term home in a supportive, well-organized private practice. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality dental hygiene care while maintaining a positive, professional, and compassionate attitude toward all patients Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized preventive care recommendations Review and document patient medical and dental histories accurately Perform oral health assessments, periodontal charting, and chart existing restorations Take and process dental radiographs as needed Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants Adhere to all infection control and OSHA protocols Maintain cleanliness of clinical areas and properly sterilize dental instruments Work collaboratively with the dental team and assist in other areas as needed during downtime Requirements: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of South Carolina Experience with Eaglesoft dental software preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently while providing excellent patient care Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic To Apply: Please send your resume to office@waterstonedentistry.com with "Hygiene Resume" in the subject line.
