Lincolnwood Family Dental is a modern, growth-focused private practice seeking a sharp, organized, and patient-centered Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator. This is not a basic receptionist role. You will be the first and last impression of our office and a key driver of scheduling efficiency, case acceptance support, and patient retention. If you are calm under pressure, strong on the phone, and naturally organized, we want to meet you. What You Will Be Responsible For Answering and managing incoming calls with confidence and warmth, and converting inquiries into scheduled appointments Manage daily schedule flow and minimize gaps Collecting payments and discussing financial options Support hygiene and doctor production goals Coordinating with the clinical team to maintain smooth daily flow Maintaining accurate records in the Electronic Health Record System What We Expect Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong communication skills, both phone and in-person Ability to multitask without losing composure in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Willingness to follow systems and accept coaching You must be comfortable discussing finances and guiding patients through treatment decisions.
