At Specialized Endodontic Solutions , we are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented team member to join us as a Front Office Coordinator . Position Overview As the Front Office Coordinator , you will manage all aspects of the front office, including patient and referring office communications, scheduling, billing, collections, and marketing. You will coordinate and represent all facets of patient services-welcoming patients, answering calls professionally, scheduling appointments, assisting with financial arrangements, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth patient flow. You’ll oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to meet the practice’s needs, use practice management and Microsoft Office software to compile reports, and assist the endodontist and operations manager with administrative tasks as needed. Your role also includes helping patients understand and finance their recommended treatments, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and experience. Responsibilities & Skills Proficient with office equipment and computer software, including Microsoft Office and dental management systems. Strong scheduling skills with a focus on efficiency and patient care. Experience with dental billing, collections, and insurance procedures is a plus. Highly organized, motivated, and self-directed. Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional, energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail. Receptive to feedback and committed to growth through learning. Reliable attendance and follow-through on assigned tasks.
