We're looking for a full-time Associate Dentist who’s passionate about patient care and wants to do more than just “fill a schedule.” If you're driven, confident in your clinical skills, and ready to grow your income (and your impact), let’s talk. Location - Pasadena, TX Vibrant neighborhood, easy access, strong community presence. Schedule Monday–Friday 1 Saturday per month Clinical Scope You'll provide general dental care including: Cleanings (basic and deep) Fillings Crowns & Bridges Dentures Root Canals Extractions (including molars and wisdom teeth) We’re especially interested in doctors comfortable with expanded services like molar endo, oral surgery, and prosthetics—though specialization is not required. Compensation & Opportunity Daily Guarantee of $1,000 or 30% of Collections – whichever is higher. Most of our associates exceed the daily minimum consistently! This is a 1099 contractor role (malpractice, CE, etc. managed independently) Practice Partnership Track: Doctors with strong performance and leadership potential may be offered the chance to become practice partners after 1 year, including the opportunity to lead and mentor other associates What We’re Looking For Experienced dentists only (especially former practice owners or docs wanting higher income without the management headaches) Strong diagnostic and clinical skills Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus , not required—our support team is fully bilingual Proficiency in OpenDental, CBCT, digital X-rays Why Fresa Smiles?
