Job Summary: RJ Dental Smiles | Dalton, MA Compensation: $23â$25 per hour RJ Dental Smiles is a growing, patient-centered dental practice in Dalton, MA, seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our dynamic and supportive team. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and contributing to a smooth, efficient clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during examinations and procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols in compliance with OSHA and state regulations Take high-quality digital dental X-rays and assist with diagnostics Operate 3D scanners and other digital imaging equipment as needed Update and manage patient records, including medical histories and treatment documentation Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment procedures, and post-care instructions Monitor and record vital signs when indicated Ensure a positive patient experience through professional, compassionate communication Qualifications & Skills: Previous dental assisting experience preferred.
