Job Overview: POSSIBLE END OF DAY PAY!!! We are seeking a dedicated ORTHODONTIC Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, and help ensure excellent patient care. Responsibilities: REMOVE AND PLACE BANDS ORTHO ASSISTING REQUIREMENTS: *BONDING, WIRE CHANGE, COLOR CHANCE SPACERS, SCANS, IMPRESSIONS and MORE INVISALIGN - Prepare patients for dental work - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures - Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies - Maintain accurate patient records - Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment - Perform lab tasks as needed Qualifications: - X-ray certification required - Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols - HIPAA regulations, and medical records management - Proficiency in Dentrix t software is a plus - Experience in pediatric dentistry is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic dental practice, providing valuable support to both the dental team and patients.
