Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA . The Scheduling and Treatment Dental Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient schedules, coordinating and presenting treatment plans, verifying insurance information, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role also involves ensuring clear and seamless communication between patients and the dental team, assisting with treatment education, and addressing patient questions and concerns to promote comfort, trust, and satisfaction.
