Registered Dental Hygienist-Periodontal Practice (Part-Time) - Perio & Implants - Fort Wayne, IN

We are seeking a Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our practice. Responsibilities 1. Conduct patient screenings and periodontal assessments 2. Perform dental cleanings, SRP, and supportive periodontal therapy 3. Educate patients on oral health and periodontal disease 4. Work collaboratively with doctors to support diagnosis and treatment planning 5. Maintain accurate clinical notes, periodontal charting, and up-to-date X-rays (CBCT and bitewings) 6. Communicate with referring dentists as needed (letters, phone calls, and updates on patient care) Qualifications 1. RDH License in Indiana (required) 2. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience (required) 3. Local anesthetic certified (preferred) 4. Experience interacting with referring doctors is a big plus (or willingness to learn) 5. Warm, friendly chairside manner with strong communication skills 6. Team-oriented mindset and commitment to high quality patient care Schedule Monday 8:00AM-1:00PM Tuesday 8:00AM-5:00PM Friday 8:00AM-3:00PM Location 17512 SR 37 Harlan, IN 46743 Compensation $45-$50 per hour, depending on experience Paid time off, paid holidays, and sick pay No health insurance or retirement benefits at this time.
