What You’ll Be Doing: Clinical Support: Assist the dentist during procedures (we will train you on everything from chairside assisting to sterilization). Patient Advocacy: Provide exceptional care and build lasting relationships with our patients. Tech & Admin: Become a pro with Open Dental software, managing schedules and administrative tasks with ease. Consulting: Learn to present treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients, helping them navigate their path to a healthy smile. Even Better If You Have (But Not Required): Prior experience in dental assisting or medical front-office work. Familiarity with Open Dental software or ADA coding/insurance. A background in sales, customer service, or hospitality . Current CPR certification. What We’re Looking For: A positive, high-energy individual with a "can-do" attitude.
