We are seeking a highly motivated Dental Hygienist to join our rapidly growing practice that is interested in a long term position. Our practice is led by two dentists that met during their dental residency program and haven't looked back yet. Onboarding Process
You will have a dedicated team member (our fantastic restorative hygienist and clinical operations director) to help onboard and make your transition into the position successful. We also conduct 30, 60, and 90 days reviews to ensure you feel you are getting the support you need to succeed. You will also be provided a dental hygiene advancement outline that will help guide you in advancing your career with us! Your success is very important to us!
Core Duties:
- Provide high quality diagnostics than align with our hygiene and periodontal program and procedures
- Recommend optimal care to improve patients oral health
- Teach patients about proper oral hygiene techniques
- Performing high quality dental cleanings
- Recommend and strive for case acceptance with adjunctive procedures like clear aligners, SDF, Curodont, Hybenx, and gingival laser treatment.

- Registered Dental Hygienist License in the State of Washington
- Demonstrated understanding of dental methods and techniques
- Certification to perform cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for the Health Care Professional (CPR) and AED through courses that follow the guidelines from the American Heart Association and Red Cross
- X-Ray Certification
