Our dental practice is seeking an exceptional Front Office Dental Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator to join our team of healthcare professionals.
Part-Time or Full-Time | Entry-Level (1–3 Years Experience Preferred)
Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Responsibilities

Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, in person and over the phone

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently

Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment estimates

Track insurance claims as needed

Collect co-payments and explain financial information clearly and confidently

Maintain accurate patient records and front office systems

Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative team
Qualifications

1–3 years of dental front office experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)

Familiarity with dental insurance (PPO experience a plus)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and organization

Comfortable with dental software and technology (Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve, or similar a plus)
